We actually seemed to stop the dribble drive at a high level today than most of the season. We had to many turnovers that caused fastbreak points. Nino is always going to be a defensive liability because he as crap for brains. Gip is being super selfish as a player, really disappointing. Edwards seemed to take a small step forward today.

Team looks super young.

I'm not willing to give these guys the youth excuse whenever most of them played significant minutes last year.

This is true, and the team benefited from Okie State's injuries, et al, otherwise it would have been an 18 win team that went to the NIT. But it was a pleasant surprise last year wasn't this year, which most fully expected.
That gave me the false sense of security that the staff was professionally competent and wouldn't put an embarrassing, amateurish product on the floor. Evidence of the last month suggest my modest assessment was wildly optimistic.

this. it wasn't some magical year, had a couple of nice wins.  but the last month was god f'ing awful.  i'm not saying effort isn't a component of the problem, but it's not the sole reason.  The problem is that players that we thought were good or going to be good, aren't.  That's talent.  Jevon can try his rough ridin' ass off and he is just going to suck trying.
