Is it just gluten you can't eat? I make GF buttermilk drop biscuits and gravy all the time

Can’t do gluten or dairy. How do you do the gravy? Do you use some other gluten free flour for that?

Ah I don't have experience with dairy free gravy or biscuits but I'm sure there's ways . But yeah Trader Joes has great GF flour that works for both biscuits and gravy

If the problem is lactose, you can use lactose-free milk and just about everything you cook will come out tasting about the same. If it's a milk allergy, stuff made with soy/coconut/whatever will be noticeably worse.
