If I have become privy to some insider trading kind of information, am I obligated to tell a loved one who owns a substantial amount of stock in said company?

Somewhat reverse obligated (by the law)

I don't think the law is always convergent with ethics, but maybe you are saying that it would be unethical to make a loved one complicit in a crime by sharing said information?  In that case I agree wth you, but which is less unethical?

unethical to share, the law is in place to protect shareholders w/o insider information by being screwed by those w/ the insider information.

I get that you want someone to sell their stock before it tanks, but it's still unethical.

And, just to be safe, also our Square Café & Kiosk stock.

my wife has purchased about $500 in gift fuel cards through this offer. (Didn't click the link, but assume it's the $50 gift card for $40)
