I saw an infomercial for the new Beachbody thing 21 Day Fix which has workouts and a meal plan. It might work, but I don't think I could get Gooch to use those portion cups when he is cooking my dinner.

I showed y'all b4 my 11 days on 21DF results and how I had lost an insane amount on inches almost immediately. Well here's a bit of a different perspective on Transformation Tuesday......
 I took these pics in my swimsuit after having lost quite a bit with 21DF but as u can see I have never looked anything but frail and sick in a swimsuit bc my back chest and shoulders are very boney and I have horrible posture. Well this weekend, 2 weeks into Body Beast (which is 90% weight lifting) I took new pics and am amazing by the difference.
 The difference adding a little muscles makes to the way my entire frame looks is incredible and I have never been happier with my decision. I wasn't seeing the results I wanted in some places in particular, like my rear end being lifted.... but body beast is making it happen! Never been so excited to have pics of myself in my life! BRING ON SUMMER!!!!
