The new scheme is these "diet shakes". My former coworker won't stop posting about it. I mean, this girl has always been thin and she's acting like her life has changed with this new shake crap. She's always eaten like crap too, but she's crediting it all to this shake now that she's promoting it and not the exercise she's finally doing and the healthy eating. I don't wanna hide her on Facebook, because for some reason I love watching wrecks.
Dinner date with the boyfriend.... and I made myself proud. THIS IS NOT A DESTINATION, IT'S A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!!!

just spent like 45 mins talking to my dad about his ?#?21DayFix? that my mom bought him for their anniversary. I am so very excited that my results have inspired them to make this step and the idea that i could possibly have found a solution to the battle dad has been fighting for so many years is a feeling that has no words! here's to ?#?goalweights? and our other big goal daddy! we can do this!!
