There were exchanged texts tonight with a former teammate of one of the assistant coaches and he said that even they have been told nothing, however he (the asst coach) feels that its 50/50 that Snyder will retire soon.  He also said that the asst coach is of the belief that the successor will be from within "the family" and most likely Dana.

Well I need more details now

man. i started to type it out twice but decided to stop both times. just ask me about it the next time we hang out. needless to say, fitz tried to get a memorial event that serves to honor a fantastic person that died too young and at the same time raises money to do something very nice for the university, cancelled the day before the event. had completely forgot about it until tonight.
