gE has scooped gpc numerous times, as shown in the thread linked above. it's not even really fitz's fault most the time. i have no doubt he has many willing sources that give him good info. but i also think he doesn't share a TON of it with his paying subscribers because he knows he'll start getting less info if he does.

he is also wrong a lot of the time, namely last year when he and his staff assured everyone that tremaine didn't have mono. i dunno why but that one just sticks in my mind. he was absolutely wrong, the entire time on that one.

Yes, I've known him to be wrong, too.  (Remember the Green/ankle thing this year?)  But I guess I just don't understand the hate towards him.  Particularly when most on this board never say anything of substance, let alone come forward with a scoop.  Fitz likes K-State, and I'm happy that he has made a career out of it and served a market need, even if he has occasionally been wrong about stuff.
