The strange thing is how even the Purdue game this year pulled me in. The first half of that game was very fun to watch.

this team should be fun to watch.  put in all the shooters and let them shoot.  like hoi's first couple isu teams.  funner than hell.

I'm enjoying this season. There's been some pretty funny crap and you never know what to expect. Probably safe to say that I've found it more entertaining and engrossing thus far than 09-10 through nine games. I don't expect it to top the elite eight, however.

Realistically, we'll get two and three star recruits -- Frank or oscar or whoever. With that being a structural condition of our program you need someone who will: 1) have a fearless team, 2) have a team that is in shape, and 3) have a team that plays hard at all times.

At this point, with this team, I'm not sure we have any of the three. I know we definitely don't have #2.

Well, it could be that we find different things enjoyable.

I guess.  I just remember that it was a big season (coming off the NIT, basically everyone questioning whether Frank was a one year wonder, etc.).  Then we struggle with Boston, lose to a below avg Ole Miss team...but then beat a good Dayton...then Ft Hays State, I mean, my god, that was fantastic, then we basically rattle off some of the really good basketball from Wazzu through basically beating #1 Texas (even though we dropped one @ MU a few games before).

i'll tell you this... i thought i would punch myself before going to a game but oscar does two or three stuff in game that you don't see on tv that just makes you roll. the experience itself is pretty entertaining.
