I think oscar will turn this season around.
I want to think this.
the team can't and won't play this poorly all season long.
they're good athletes and have shown the ability to learn to play together last season and some this year (the arizona outlier)
so to me the question isn't will we improve, because i know we will. really it comes down to, at what point in the season will we straighten things out.
we're 5-4 with these non-cons left:
sav st (3-7) pud
a&m (6-2 w/ no good wins and loses to dayton/baylor) we should win/be competitive
texas southern (1-6) pud
georgia (5-3 w/ best win vs colorado) this team reminds me of us, but w/ dumbstick
assume wins over the puds = +2, = 7 wins, and split the Georgia/A&M games = 8 wins going into b12 play
then we hit our 18 game conference schedule which currently looks pretty rough ridin' tough.
#16 OU, #8 UT, #14 ISU, #10 KU, #22 WVU
assuming loses to all of the ranked teams, both home and away = 10 loses out of a possible 18 games. that leaves 8 games up for grabs.
even if we win all 8, which we won't, that would total 16 wins.
woof. what a rough ridin' embarrassment and disappointment. currie you rough ridin' idiot.
