It happened to be on in the room I was in last night.  Didn't laugh.  Not even once.

I get it was like, a milestone episode and all, but the entire show seems like it just lives to stroke itself.

It wasn't a roll on the ground laughing kind of episode but if you didn't like it you probably haven't watched enough South Park in the last 14 years.  I thought it was brilliant and can't wait for the next part.

That episode had a fair amount of inside jokes.  If you haven't seen SP that much (then what the eff is wrong with you) then you might not get some of the jokes.  There should have been enough new material to atleast arouse a chuckle out of you.
I think this yoman guy is on to something....

What are the odds that part 2 is a Terrance and Phillip episode?

Wow good point. I'd say there's a good chance. Here is my fb status from yesterday, btw....

Pike  has an eiry feeling that next weeks south park will be the last. The gingers and the celebs are trying to destroy south park, and get mohammed to take his goo. Plus cartman is finding out about his father. To top it off south park is coming out swinging at people like they never have before.

Seriously though, seems like they're trying to end it all, right?

Don't really get why everyone thinks South Park is all that creative?  Basically it just relies on putting celebrities in ridiculous situations (i.e. Cruise as a FUDGEPACKER (get it? double entendre!) or over exaggerating the current societal fad.

Maybe i just don't get the sophisticated humor of cartman shitting all over his mom's face or something.

I don't mean to criticize those that like it...Hell, I think it's great you all like it.  Just not for me.
