My first trip for a football game. McLane is great.  Tailgating is a lot of fun, they have 20x10 tailgate spots that have cable TV and electric hookups for $400/season   The stadium is elite, although with weird cheap Baylor-y touches like tarps and concessions stands that don't take credit cards. Pregame prayer was weird but w/e it's their deal I guess. They boo a lot. Good crowd and pretty loud.  Came away liking them more than I did before. Still hate them for bball tho.

My thoughts exactly... Everybody, to a man/woman, went outta their way to be super nice and welcoming too both before and after the game.  What's odd to me is the fact that although TCU has had more success over the past 10 years, their fans acted more "new to all this" when we played there this season.

That giant pre-game party tent area thingy that George's does across MLK from the stadium is pretty kickass too.

It's a travesty that the fake nice stuff that originated with Cornhole fans has propagated itself across college football.

Auburn fans are the best out of all the schools I've been to. Our fan base is way worse. Just a bunch of old men with inferiority complexes. So sad!

McLane is elite. Fans were nice. Enjoyed the trip immensely, aside from the "watching-our-football-team-lose" part.

Felt like a more hostile environment to play than UT, FWIW.

Why is the metalhead v fanning beef still a thing? Did I miss something or did wacky just take a pot shot at him for no reason?

About mclane, sure the inside bowl around the field was nice. Sound system and ribbon boards were incredible. It felt a little bit like a roman coliseum. But there were so many things that were very small time-y and felt like a high school game. Like not having tv's or anything at all to keep you engaged in the game when you're standing in line for what seems like forever to get a drink, when they only have bottled dr pepper and water. There was an AstroTurf area where little kids played football and every once in a while a ball gets thrown into the ga area. Lots of weird things.
