MMA
« on: December 02, 2014, 01:09:36 PM »
SdK mom and I went to my brothers first MMA fight in Omaha last week. He won by TKO 40 seconds into the second round. It won fight of the night.

Anywho, I'm thinking about training for some MMA fights. If I feel I'm ready, I'll enter the octagon. But I am more looking forward to the training.

Does anyone on here have experience with MMA training or know of any trainers in the area? My brother fights out of Hastings, so I can't train there.

Why can't you train at the same place as your brother? You hate each other too much?

If you're only in it for the workout, have you looked into Crossfit?  I could share some tips.

Well I also think I'd enjoy the challenge of fighting. I can train with crossfit and practice my fighting skills as well.

I don't follow ufc or particularly care for the fans. But I did enjoy watching my brother train, step into the 'gon, and dominate. I'm also probably the tallest guy with little man syndrome.
