"Convenience charge" on concert tickets when you pick them up yourself. What's the convenience, that I had to drive to a ticketmaster outlet instead of printing them off at home?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning. They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

What is a certified check? Cashiers check from a local bank?
A certified check or certified cheque is a form of check for which the bank verifies that sufficient funds exist in the account to cover the check, and so certifies, at the time the check is written. Those funds are then set aside in the bank's internal account until the check is cashed or returned by the payee.

If you are paying for convenience, how do you get more convenient than that? As far as it costing them more to do that, it's as win-win for them as it gets.
