there's a guy named terry in Manhattan that walks around neighborhoods telling a sob story about his daughter who's in jail or something and he just wants to get her out but can't because reasons so could you spare 5-10 bucks when in fact he just wants to spend your money on booze for his party that you won't be invited to. 
Chunkles from 14yrs ago had a much more innocent and caring heart, and that fuckface ruined it for everyone.
