A younger EDNKSU worked at a food station in Arrowhead at one game.  Some BBQ next to us (KC Masterpiece?) didn't keep their food temps right and Mo Health made them toss ALL their prepped meat.  Also they had a horrible rule about gloves for non cooked food which slowed everything down.

It's weird they didn't do a little more research and blown that story up to nationwide stadium issues.
