Did he involved with the gauchos or would that just apply to Rice in this instance?

But the Chiles dude is apparently a good NY recruiter....Dunlap is an X's and O'er.....and Rico Hines is a UCLA guy. Clocks ticking.I didn't think DOBO or assistants were affected by that rule, just the Shingler positions. Not sure, though.

This month, the NCAA's Division I Legislative Council approved part of a rules adaptation package that will prohibit programs "from hiring people associated with prospects for non-coaching positions during a period two years before and two years after the prospect's enrollment at the institution."
