I have super pud posture. Yesterday I was sitting and knew I would be sitting for 20 minutes and I was like, "Hey SB. Let's scoot all the way back in this chair so our spine aligns with the chair and sit up straight the entire time and then see if that correct posture makes a difference when we stand up." It made a difference. No pain. Probably should sit that way more.
