so this doesn't work on yosemite unless you go through a stupid amount of modifications, which i dont want to do. anyone used this on a VM, and if so, how did you access your wifi network from inside the VM OS?

right now its just giving me the virtual ethernet connection from inside the VM, but not the whole network.

Is there an app or tool that you can use to draw a path on a map and have it tell you the distance in the path?

so probably everyone knows about this but I just downloaded Duet Display for my ipad and my life has gotten significantly better. it makes my ipad a second monitor for my macbook. it's great guys.

you do know you can have as many desktops as you want on your Mac right? the only reason I ask is that's a tiny extra screen

Do a 2 finger swipe on the trackpad(left or right) it's the same screen but includes whatever you want.

also, when you do a 2-finger double tap on the trackpad, it shows what desktop you want. Just move the mouse to the far right, unlimited desktops

Wireshark is my go to. Nothing tells a system admin "It's not a networking issue, it's a server issue" like a .pcap.
