My problem with web development, as well as most UI frameworks is that I wouldn't necessarily classify it as programming, as just hacking things together to get them to work because no matter how elegant the framework it never actually provides what you end up needing.

oh. we do a lot of node development with express. lots of sybase backend work so i can't nosql buzzword you back.

the noSQL assholes really annoy me. Yeah there is a reason to roll w/ it (free) but why choose it over Microsoft or Oracle? Because it "scales better"?
