How about a black bean lovers BBRCC dip?  Skip the cream cheese and raspberry sauce, mash up the black beans even more (into a paste) and the top with melted pepjax cheese.  Voila!  BBRCC Dip for the Black Bean Lover!

I know some people just love love love bacon.  With a few quick subs you can create a BBRCC dip that bacon heads will love!

Sub in a potato that has been baked in the over for about an hour for the black beans.  Split the potato and sub in sour cream for the cream cheese. Finally, instead of raspberry sauce we will use bacon bacon bacon!  Of course top with pepjax and there you have it (you can even skip the tortilla chips now if you want a healthier snack): BBRC for the bacon heads!

Tobias. I've made it a few times like so. Can of seasoned black beans, put into pot and and heat until they start to bubble,  mash a little to get a better texture. Season to taste. I like a little cumin, and cayenne.   Heat oven to 350, take block of cream cheese and make a bowl with it, put a third of a bottle of bronco bobs raspberry Chipotle sauce in the bowl. Poor beans around cheese and then cover the whole dish in shredded pep jack.  Bake for about 10 and then nom. My first one (I've gotten better) looked like so.

add mayo, chopped onion + red bell pepper

made it tonight mother truckers, put in some lamb summer sausage that had jalapenos and chedder mixed in shaved off of the stick, slightly grilled, gloriocity.
