It seems a DHS joint task force consisting of USDA Field Inspection/CDC Haz-Mat/State Child Welfare Division/Motor Carrier Inspection are about 10 hours late in setting up their various checkpoints around the state specifically targeting (dare I say profiling) Southeastern tier state license plates. They'll have rolling check points as well.
Kansans should take steps to be aware of this situation, you won't be stopped but you'll need to proceed with caution as these agencies go about their business.
