It's a class b misdemeanor. destruction of property less than 1k in value. I'd just like to know the best course of action for myself. Aside from AA and a sponsor, counseling, what else can I do to avoid time and a fine.

by the way AA, sponsor, and counseling were the plan before my incident. Actually the day of. It's not just a ploy to avoid jail time. 60 hours in was enough to scare the bejesus out of me.
