Free secret townie scoop: the jalapeños at west side Dillon's right now are some of the hottest I have ever tasted. Surely out of tolerance for breed specs.

Its there. Just mostly covering shrimp. It coats pasta well when it gets mixed.

Its a butter, white wine sauce with some shallots, garlic, and paprika. Super good.

Didn't have anything in the house except a can of red beans and a bag of rice, so.... Red beans and rice!

Added some hot chili chowder, cayenne pepper, celery seed, salt, butter and smoked paprika. I didn't really know what I was doing.

It's good, but needs some chicken with it
