"I’ve got a tape recorder and two (memory) cards full of mistakes," K-State coach LHC Bill Snyder said.

I love Snyder but he is not the same win at any cost coach he was in the nineties. He's changed and it's evident in the players he plays and the amount of the decision making he allows the assistants to make

Confused. To me, it's also evident in terms of team culture, things like the emphasis on family and guys earning it (of course he's always said that but now it's part of our brand) and not offering scholarships to murderers, killing Klein when he got sketti'd, or starting accused rapists in bowl games. Obviously there are exceptions - offering Boyd and then pretending like we didn't after his arrest. I am certain that Snyder wants to win, stupid to say otherwise, I'm just saying maybe MBC is right that Snyder's trying to do it in a slightly different way now that he's older and his legacy is cemented.

The rest of college football has caught up so he has to improvise again. He can't do it the old way because it won't work.

It's pretty easy to see and that isn't bashing him that's just accepting reality.
8-1 in our last nine and these guys are still complaining. Same dorks that were crying just before we went 21-5 in '11 and '12........and some of our best talent DNP today!!!
I need someone to explain to me why our front seven is the slowest and most un-athletic it's been in years if it's not Snyder. And why we are so hard up for skill players.
Disagree. However, Fat Ass Mangino does have his number. He's like The Fonz in The Waterboy.
