The columns should be pretty obvious.
P/G -> Points/Game
P/Ps -> Points Scored Per Offensive Possession
Def. P/G -> Points/Game Allowed
Def. P/Ps -> Points Allowed Per Defensive Possession
Net P/Ps -> Points Scored/Allowed Per Possession (a value of 1 means
every possession you gain 1 point, -1 means you lose 1 point [on average])
Adj. P/Ps -> Adjusted Points Scored Per Offensive Possession (adjusted to account for defensive efficiency of opponents)
Adj. Def. P/Ps -> Adjusted Points Allowed Per Defensive Possession (adjusted to account for offensive efficiency of opponents)
Adj. Net P/Ps -> Adjusted Points Scored/Allowed Per Possession (adjusted to account for offensive and defensive efficiency of opponents)
Rating -> Rating (based on Adj. Net P/Ps, rating of opponents, and losses)

This early in the season I am using last years data to perform the adjustments, but they will get phased out around the fifth week or so. As usual a few extreme scores are skewing the ratings, but they will settle down soon.
