There is no reason to play him when we have Truman and Davis this year.  They are more than adequate.

We have two linebackers most of the time.  He's not getting a lot of snaps until he learns the defense.  Better to develop a kid with his skills so you have him for two strong years.  He got here way too late to unseat the two ahead of him on the depth chart.

I think you need to pump the breaks a bit here. While I think we all hope that is the case, that's a lot to put on someone that none of us have seen play yet.

I've seen him play (not at KSU) and he's the real deal. Check back with me later this fall.
