I didn't realize Tyler was having such a Sophomore slump until I checked out his stats the other day.  :frown:

He was injured for quite a bit I believe.

Yeah he was really slowed by a knee injury. Some have reported it as a partial PCL tear, I'm not sure if that was confirmed by Seattle or not.

But not as fine as last season, 'slim. That was the point. Hope he recovers. Lingering injuries suck. I really wish he wasn't playing for that slime ball Pete Carroll.  :frown:

Until two weeks ago he was a very poor 4th receiver for my fantasy team.

He was hurt wacky. Jesus christ do you even read? And if you took him in fantasy well i guess thats on you. Outside of tds his numbers arent that much different than last year and he has missed entire games this season. Getting hurt =/= a slump tho i guess

He suited up every week minus one, 'slim. Everybody loves Tyler, but it's OK to be critical of him as well, sheesh. He went to the pro bowl last year, he will not this year. Case closed.

How in the world can you be critical of a wr that had a bum knee most of the season? Do you know what a slump is?

He suited up every week, minus 1, 'slim. If he was really hurt, they wouldn't be throwing him out there. Do you just tuck the eff out when it comes to lovable past cats, that ppl are critical of from time to time at the next level?

'slim, I'd consider one going from 6 TD's one year to 1 the next, as slumping a bit. But whatever. Go cats!

hmm....okay try this.

you know how when klein got injured in '12 and his performance declined, but somehow he was still playing quarterback?  this is kind of like that.  only instead of klein in 2012, it's tyler lockett in 2016.  tough concept to grasp, but try extra hard to fire up those synapses of yours.

Guys, what in the hell are you arguing about? Both sides are correct. He did have an injury slowing him down but the season absolutely represents a slump and he was slumping before he got hurt. His stats yardage stats, receiving and returning, will finish almost identical to last year and I'm sure he'll tell you he expected more. The touchdowns will be way down.
