we need to schedule BCS/high-major level non-cons anyway. we have a long and friendly history of playing each other. may as well help each other out like pals by scheduling these mutually beneficial matchups.

i'm also organizing a pre-game hug competition. contestants supporting both teams form a line outside of the sprint center and give me the best they got. i'm the judge. the best part is that there are no losers!

Volunteer groups dribble 2 game balls, one from Columbia, the other from Manhattan, all the way to Sprint Center. Money goes to charity. If you dribble it off your foot or pick it up, you have to start over.
