Positive observation: Energetic, fun, caring, and relentless.Negative observation: I care too much what others think about me at times. I sometimes buckle under pressure.
Positive observation: I'm good at motivating groups towards a common goal. (charisma and stuff?)Negative observation: I sometimes have narcissistic and prideful tendencies that annoy the hell out of me.

I've really upped my self-deprecating humor the last few years as I've become more self-aware.
Is it narcissistic/prideful if you actually do deserve things others don't because you are smarter/better?

So no, if you are actually smarter and better, it isn't narcissism

To say otherwise suggests you either have a god complex or have some unique insight into the mind of a supreme power (i.e. a liar).
