Get ready for a doozy....
Recently, on a "social media" outlet another member of this board (will remain unnamed) boasted about the taco burger at Taco Via as the "best thing on the menu."
I visited Taco Via this afternoon, and decided that I would give it another shot. I have had plenty of taco burgers on my day. Growing up on the mean streets of Topeka, I am no stranger to them.
I ordered my Taco Burger with a side of chips and queso.
I sit down, and instead of tearing into the chips, I immediately go for the burger. You see, it comes wrapped up, and I know that can make them susceptible to sogginess. Without any delay I unwrap it. rough ridin' SOGGY! My first instinct was immediately go order the Sancho that I should have ordered originally...but, it's the lunch hour and the line was already 20 deep.
I force myself to eat the god damn soggy mess, the whole time thinking that I would like to give the "nameless poster" a piece of my mind. If it weren't for the silver lining of delish queso, I cannot promise you I'd even be here alive today.
So, everyone do yourself and your loved ones a favor. If anyone around you EVER even thinks about ordering the taco burger instead of the Sancho, slap the crap out of them.
