I love Sabonis going there but I said the same when OKC drafted Perry Jones

Jones had injury issues and a questionable "motor". Sabonis has neither of those problems.

Sabonis was a great pick up.  Assuming that Durant makes the best financial decision and returns, OKC will be trying to resign him and Westbrook next year.  Instead of worrying about resigning Ibaka and Adams as well, they have an Adams replacement in Sabonis along with another year of Oladipo on their rookie deals.
