How does anyone entrust the Warriors to Luke Walton? Because Bill had the greatest game in NCAAB history? I don't see how this makes Luke worthy of this awesome gift.

"Coaching" in the NBA is overrated. It's mostly about managing personalities and egos. The Warriors don't have issues to deal with, so you can pretty much just roll the ball out there.

And by nearly all accounts Luke Walton was a likeable teammate his entire career.
