Dike was good but in 2001 he didn't have his best season,  wasn't terrible by any means but he wasn't at his best. Shaq had his best finals series in 01. Speaking to how bad the sixers were that year and the fact that they had no depth, Dikembe played 43 minutes a game over 23 games in the playoffs far and away the most he played. I don't really remember too many details about that series but it wouldn't be shocking that Mutombo's fatigue contributed to the huge series Shaq had.

are the cavs minus bron bron, the worst collection of role players the finals have ever seen?

For sure

This Cavs team minus Lebron would kick the dogshit out of Iverson's 76ers.
Hahaha yes. Easily.

Reading about that team is hilarious. The 76ers won the east that year with only 56 wins. The rough ridin' Milwaukee Bucks finished 2nd in the east in 2001. The second best player for the Sixers in 01 was Aaron McKie and they didn't have injuries.

People talk about how bad the east is now but from the time MJ retired in 1998 to the Pistons title in 2004. The east won 5 finals games in 5 seasons  :Yuck:
I was a huge AI fan. Tyrone Hill, Eric Snow, Aaron McKie, Matt Geiger, Mutumbo in is waning years. I mean, my word.

Yes. That step over was phenom. I feel worse for AI not getting a title than Bron Bron not getting a Cleveland title.

Wade's interview with Curry was hilariously bitter toward Lebron.

Wade has said more than once that he and Lebron are still very close and talk fairly often.

You don't seem like someone who would call someone a liar just to appear correct about wild ass speculation

On the Sportscenter set, yes and nothing struck me as outside of a basic interview when watching it. After your post I searched to see if I missed something and the YouTube video cuts off before the interview is done.
