I just wonder how much money Democratic operatives had to pay the Stevens family to buy their silence.   Knowing that the administration told the tallest of tale tales as to why their father/husband etc. died.   Particularly knowing that the administration then took a completely flippant and dismissive attitude about the death of a U.S. Ambassador in subsequent months.  Wow, just wow.

The overthrow by Q in Libya, may go down as one of the most puzzling and weirdest military/intelligence operations in the post WWII era.  That's really saying something isn't it?   I mean gosh, it was almost like this administration wanted another AQ safe haven.   Good Mediterranean launching base for the recruitment and arming of "freedom fighters" I suppose.

I remember the flap about firing USAGs, but that didn't seem like much of a scandal because AGs are political appointments. There was the Dubai Ports deal, but that seems more stupid and tonedeaf than scandal. There was the "Bush lied about WMD" meme, but he didn't lie - he relied upon the same intelligence that Clinton and many others cited to claiming Sadam had WMD. There was the Katrina incompetence, but that seemed to be more on a local level. What were the scandals?

Edit: Oh yeah, there was the Abu Ghraib thing. I guess that counts. Nothing linked it directly to the administration, but fair is fair.
