The diversity of it is awesome. I love the multi-ethnic teams and I love games like the Ivory Coast vs japan. I wish I could see those games being played 500 years ago.

When people in the crowd aren't mushed to death/the whole world is involved/when people score/when they show the awesome crowds doing unbelievably enthusiast chants that i don't understand/when people score and do backflips or the slide on your knees thingy/the fact that i don't understand much of it at all makes it mysterious

Best country vs. country team sports event. WBC blows, some world basketball stuff is ok, but soccer really cornered that market.

Can't let this slide. They are too billboardy. The WC unis are cool but club unis are basically team sports version of nascar decals. SKC's uni has Ivory Funds like 40 times bigger than the team name.

i like a good mohawk. you don't see mohawks watching football or baseball, but you see them often watching soccer.
