The Portuguese are very weird, in my experience.   I worked for a very large global consulting firm when I first got out of college, and they sent us to their global training center.  I had to room with a dude from Portugal.  Every morning he would lay out his clothes on the bed in the shape of a little person.  Then, when he dressed he would stand there for 10 minutes adjusting how much his shirt was tucked in/out.
