What are the PK rules with 10 players? Will Costa Rica get to start shooting with whoever they want on the field after 10 while Greece will have to use their shittiest guy?

the ten on the field are the only ones that get to kick, and they'll just recycle if necessary

i think they should have the one guy in amongst the players and then 3 on both sides of the field. 7 total. plus the sub guy.
