Playing at old places never appeals to me.  I mean, they are the old place for a reason.

Let's spend $100M+ in improvements on our football stadium and then play the exhibition games in a 90 year old dump that doesn't have restrooms.

I think we should also bring back Jesse Tetuan and Sean Lowe to do The Neek's job for both of the honorary coaches.

Maybe in a couple of years when Memorial Stadium has a green roof on both sides fans can bring their own blankets and lawn chairs to sit on. It would be like an Arts in the Park, only with K-State Wildcats Football!!

Unless it is cricket day. Then they take up the whole damn stadium. Then the majority of the time the "outfielders" just stand there. Not even participating. Makes me  :curse:

"The first game held at the stadium was on October 6, 1922, when only the west wing of the stadium was complete. Kansas State defeated Washburn University in that initial contest 47-0."

All I need to read.  We should have a memorial game against Washburn there. Like, a JV one. . .so our subs get a chance to play a little.

Is there any word on how tailgating will go down for this spring game? I'm having trouble remembering how it has worked in the past.

Show up and grill some crap while crushing some cold brews... Maybe toss the pigskin around a bit.  Pretty simple really.

Hasn't parking been free and GA on both sides in past years? I can't remember, but pretty sure that's the case.

Thanks TC that's what I was curious about.  That's what I'm thinking, but not sure.  Does the parking lot open 4 hours prior like during football season?
