Seriously tho, what a rough ridin' game. Winning was a pleasant surprise.

Still a little pissed about the Madson HR. I like RM, but he's been killed by the Jays all year. He has no business pitching to the heart of the order in that situation.

holy crap. @MIR your thoughts? 7 years is ridiculous for a starting pitcher, but Price has been remarkably consistent for 7 years now, and has been durable and injury free. Although they lost ALCS Games 2 and 6, he really did a good job getting his team into position to win those games and I'd expect him to be good in post seasons in the future.

7 years though. I mean my word....

That is just a horrible contract that Boston took on. My word. They can probably afford it, though, and it's worth it if they contend for a World Series at some point over the next 2-3 years.

Cueto had a relatively small sample size. Price has pitched in 14 games over 6 postseasons and has been nothing more than a C- pitcher.
