If these little spats between Sansa and Arya were all in public, I could buy that it's a ploy. But not in a private bedroom where nobody else would witness. They really don't trust each other. But it'll probably be worked by next episode, hopefully with LF dead, so don't really care too much.

Sansa found the faces a little too easily. My guess is that Arya will kill LF, and she wants Sansa to know it was her who did it. But since Sansa is now in possession of the dagger (presumably the murder weapon) she won't be able to prove that Arya did it.

I agree, the books in particular and the show to some extent mention that the Wall isn't just a physical barrier - there's magic, too. But there are now several instances of wights south of the wall. Maybe it's just the white walkers who can't cross the barrier. That would actually make some sense. But then I'm not sure how a frosty wight dragon fixes that. Whatever, the show will do what it wants and I'm just going to mostly enjoy the ride and not try to overthink it too much. (The teleportation thing is still pissing me off a little, tho).

I also agree with Rusty that Arya's deadpan archery story was super lame, as was the failure to bring a horse.

When it comes to bringing a horse, I guess they assumed that keeping it alive due to the temperature would be tough? You would also have to account for bringing along food for the horse etc.

I just don't even understand what their plan was for getting one single wight and not having to fight the whole army. Like, what were they even thinking was going to happen?

Also, why didn't they all have dragonglass or Valerian steel swords? (I assume they didn't because the wights weren't all automatically dying quickly when they got hit.)

Speaking of dragonglass, it can turn a person into a white walker (i.e. 1000 years ago) or it can kill a wight/ white walker or it can be used to stop the process mid-transition without killing the person (Benjen).....

I'm also thinking that the dragon glass / valerian steel benefits are against the white walkers, not necessarily the wights. . .but I could be wrong.

Part of me assumed Benjen's horse must be special, but perhaps not.

Has the show ever shown wildlings on horses? It could be pretty believable that they walked to Eastwatch and so the castle itself does not have a stable (not to mention how much feed they would need to hold the castle for an extended period of time). So they would have had to bring horses on the ship with them from Dragonstone, but I guess they would have had to borrow them from the Dothraki?

Well yeah, the mining is why I thought they should all have dragonglass. It just didn't seem like the wights were going down fast enough if they all had it.
