When I was a kid I loved copying the particularly cool batting stances of famous pros.

Old stalwarts for young nicname: Julio Franco, Mickey Tettleton (earlier post ITT is what reminded me), Bonds, Brett, Rubin Sierra (awesome), and more that don't come to mind.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

The red rimmed donruss were great.

Also I distinctly remember waiting for new years 1990 to see what kind of awesome looking baseball card would be on the shelves.  Topps did not disappoint.

Upper deck was my fave though.

One of my All time favorite Non Royals players

I literally, LITERALLY think of this guy every time I see a player running towards a foul line, AND every time I see an umpire throw the pitcher a new ball...it's very traumatic

My friend Joey (RIP) caught this fellas 100th career HR ball @ the K in the old LF GA
