Does the NCAA have a monetary interest in "power" athletic departments like Stanford, UCLA, Tennessee advancing farther in the tournament than schools like Kansas, Syracuse and Duke who compete consistently in basketball but not in anything else?
Could this be why the refs never allowed Andy to be more aggressive and take over the game yesterday?
