If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I've never waivered. 1 win away from his 3rd elite 8 in 6 seasons, would be even better than Bill Self's 2

I feel like him convincing his team to not tank, and not to be lazy, is half the battle.

I'm serious. And the thing with the Clones locker room makes him even cooler.

I remember when you defended him when I was pumping up Hoi, while trashing Drew. Look at both of them now.

An oddity. Hard to explain last year and the slump out of the gate in the Big 12 this year. Still seems to understand the importance of a tournament run more than most of his Big 12 peers.

I admire his ability to go get really good JUCO point guards.

I mean Jackson followed by Cherry is really impressive.

Five years, but yeah I was just talking about that with some people today. Granted, beating a 3 seed today was the first time he's beat a single digit seed. That being said, the only teams he's lost to over the past 5 years have gone on to win the NC.

If someone can point to a better turnaround than Drew at Baylor, I'd like to see it.

Which turnaround are you talking about. The top-10 team that fell out of the top-25 and near the bottom of the Big 12, or the bottom dwelling Big 12 team that came alive in March?

Drew being Drew.

They were also banned from OOC games for a year and their players were allowed to transfer in conference without sitting out a year.
