Virg was on a 23-9 run over 15:30.  their D is relentless. Sparty 3 Fgs 5 TOs in that span.

38 36 virg. 12 min left.

These late games are really good. Virginia vs Michigan St. is a rough ridin' war.

Ville-UK....Sparty- Virg. Putting on final 4 quality games.

Intense. Physical. Nothing easy on offense.

That was an incredible run of basketball, three huge 3 point shots in about 15 seconds!

They have top 3 talent....they are young....so let's say top 10 team.  And they are in Elite 8. I'm not sure I'd say "helluva" coach.   But he doesn't suck ass like some think.

The forced 25 footer with like 28 seconds left on the shot clock? He should have gotten his ass kicked for that.

Yeah, doesn't the coach find the players? I wonder if pp was one of those people killing Cal because he can't coach the talent. These people must feel triple dumb.

It's amazing how the old "just roll the ball out there and defeat  an undefeated one seed and defending natl champs" works again.

Why would I feel dumb. I totally understand "getting these great players" is part of coaching.
These last 2 wins were great for UK. That doesn't change the past 2 regular seasons have been less than stellar.

For the record, I never once said anything about him " not being able  to coach the talent"...so quit assuming things just because you disagree with me. I am just not gonna call him a helluva coach.

What if that guy who got the "UK 2014 National Champs" tattoo is some sort of prophet? How many fans get similar tattoos for their team next year before the tournament to see if it works?
