Big 12 Advanced Stats Comparison Home vs Away
« on: March 02, 2014, 05:08:03 PM »

This isn't a pure chart because it takes ADV stats for each game and averages them out instead of taking the box score numbers to tabulate each team's stats. Still, it gives a good picture of which teams are best home and away (PPP differential) as well as what teams are strong at in each of the four factors home and away.

Baylor is just strange. And TCU is horrid.

So we have to play on the road against a team who is the third best team at home, and then we host the team who is the third best team on the road? Very scary stuff.

True, but Baylor's road defense is worse than TCU. And we're the best home defense in the league.

OSU will be real tough though.

Texas on offense is night and day different on the road compared to home

We have the 3rd best eFG on the road. Just too bad we do other things poorly so the ppp is only 8th best on the road
