Hey guys so I used to play a lot but haven't for some time now.  I got an itch to get back in the game, who all has played it before? It's pretty simple rules and stuff and it's good cardio and you can hit the ball really really hard.  What kind of racquet do you guys have, or do you just check out those really shitty ones they have to rent out?  Black or white headband, or other colors? Do you guys have Oakley protectant glasses, or even wear them? I sure as crap don't.  Do you wear a glove? Have an extra one after you get done whooping somebodies ass and change gloves?

I got this bad boy a few years ago and I about sent it back because I was terrible with it but have gotten better at it now. 


Anybody wanna hit it around sometime, I'm not very good anymore but you may keep it within 10 points now.  Let me hear it you guys!

racquetball is great.  haven't really played much since intramural days. 

squash is great too.  All-U intramural champ every year.  Mostly because everybody else really sucked.

Played a lot of racquetball years ago and really liked it. Probably should have stayed with it. This thread may get the ol' r-ball juices flowing again.

Love love love racquetball.   Played a ridic amt in college and haven't played once since.  I am sometgung like a 20-25min drive from the nearest courts and none of my current bros play. :sad:.

I would probably suck super bad at it now.

Same boat. If you're in the KC area, i'll play you. Also, TonyaHarding's the one who introduced me to the game so i'm sure we could get a goEMAW league going or something.

Candlewood has courts, i believe, but you'd need to be a member.

i dunno.  when i lived in jardine as a kid, tons of kids that lived around there would play at the outdoor rec courts and we always called it handball.
