I'll only sign on if the floating island declares itself to be a self rule Brazilian State with its own military, and immediately refuses to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and denies access to IAEA inspectors.

when i heard "floating island", i thought it would be something like bioshock infinite.

Guys, what if we take all the endangered animals from the Nicaragua canal area and put them on the floating islands with the people?

The only downside is that once a month there's an algae bloom that turns the water around the island red.
