Wow, some on this board have a TENdency to overreact and then act very TENderhearted when someone points out the obvious. Too bad your basketball team didn't show that kind of TENacity for every game they played, it TENds to get you in trouble when you aren't consistent.

It is most definitely a mustwin game tonight. A loss to Texas Tech would definitely hurt. Especially with tough games left at Oklahoma State, at home versus Iowa State and then Baylor. oscar better not play Ryan Schultz in the first half though and better not sit Marcus Foster with 30 seconds left in a close game (hopefully it isn't). I'd like to see a game where they play like they did against KU, except for 45, they only have to play it for 40.

As I recall, ku spent the previous 2 or 3 games before the K-State game in Lawrence sleep walking, playing some of the worst defense I've ever seen a Self team play at OU.   Then K-State comes to town and they come out of their minds.    For the 2nd year in a row Bill tears them down and builds them up just in time for K-State.

Bring up your "brand" anytime outside of winter and all you hear about is basketball.  Titletown is relevant year round.

Doesn't matter? That's certainly a tough thing to tell a fan base on their message board site.  I'm glad you took the time to let us know so that we don't get too excited about anything we ever do.  Now scoot along so I can keep chatting with my K-State family.  We kind of like our team.  Like a lot.  Even when some of us say we hate our coach or certain players or athletic directors. . .it is all about how passionate we are to share K-State with the world.  For the majority of us Manhattan has been a home either literally or metaphorically.  We've seen the awesome people here, we love our community.  More than anything, we love our FAMILY. So if "we don't matter" in the national picture then that photographer sure left out an awesome place, school, and people.  We are EMAWnation. 

On an unrelated note, I think we have to win tonight to prove to voters we deserve a good seed in the tournament. Considering it is TTU's superbowl, it should look pretty impressive.

Notice how he said KU played their worse game of the season. It's never that the other team played better/harder with KU fans it's that their team just had an "off" night or "played terrible"
