Which program is better? TCU bball or KU fball?

I keep going back and forth on this and would appreciate your input folks.  Here's where I am:

TCU is averaging about 1 conference win per season, which is more than KU, BUT....
Basketball plays more games, so there are more opportunities for a win, BUT...
One of TCU's wins was against a good team, where as KU beat lowly WVU at home, BUT...
KU is obviously headed in the right direction with the hire of Weiss, BUT...
TCU is still playing catchup to big boy basketball, BUT...

See guys?  I need help.  Help me.  Please.  Thanks.

I think when you consider all aspects of a program, KU is better. Beems says they have raised over $1 billion for football facilities, so once those get built, I think KU football will have a lot more potential to turn things around than TCU basketball. Both are huge embarrassments to the Big 12, though, and will continue to be until they find a way to get better.

While I do agree that Chaz is better than Johnson, please see some hard hitting facts below...

Since TCU has joined the conference

KU Football Record
Total: 4-20 (.16)
Conference: 1-17 (.05)

TCU Basketball Record
Total: 20-37 (.35)
Conference: 2-29 (.06)

KU football is worse BUT, they will be announcing a billion dollar rebuild of their bad stadium once basketball season is over so, after that TCU will be the worst.

KU will be releasing renderings literally within the next 45 days.  They are rich and in no way is this like the previous 8 years where they made up stories about having the money to fix the worst stadium in DI football.  IN.  NO.  WAY.
