Losing belly fat and eatings lots of fatty meat will do you good in the T dept.

Fatty meat will not make you fat by the way. when you eat and drink a bunch of sugary carbs then that is when you pack on the pounds.

Red meat it up and do your push-ups. You'll be fine

you don't know me very well if you think i am missing out on red meat.  you also don't read very well if you think i am missing out on exercising.

i'm sure you're heart is in the right place though.

to sum up.  diet and exercise cannot change low-T but can only be benefited by getting T level raised.

get it, got it, good.

Well that explains the increase in non-food threads posted by ast.  He's all hopped up on T.

I think we need to have an intervention with The1Bigwillie about his low-t levels. I'll book the 3rd floor conference room for Friday at 3pm, anyone who wants to join can come and we can help the1bigwillie through this tough time.

Read Charlatan.  Entire book about this guy and his goat ball implants as well as other rip off schemes.  The guy completely snowed our state and much of the world.

I didn't go to bed till 4am last night. Rolled around all night.  :frown: What's that mean? Woke up at 6:45 to workout, because I couldn't sleep. Probably my high anxiety and the fact I SHE MADE ME QUIT quit smoking. I can never sleep now.  :frown:
